Should you find any dissatisfaction with your purchase, kindly reach out to us within 12 days of your order delivery. We’re committed to resolving it promptly.

Orders
Orders placed through our website normally ship within 1-4 business days (3-6 business days during the holiday season). On rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience out-of-stock items, which can cause a longer delay in an order. In the event that you need soap right away, we invite you to take this opportunity to try our other scents until we can replenish our stock.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages?
Once shipped, we aren’t responsible for lost, stolen, or wrongly delivered packages. However, insurance claims can be filed for lost or damaged packages after 15 days of shipment. **Once that time period has passed, we will file a claim and ship out a new package. Unfortunately, this does not apply to first-class packages; they are not covered by insurance. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure you enter your correct address on your order to avoid disappointment or the cost of reshipment.
